Still thinking about our flawless evening at @rootstalkbreck - the menu is always full of inventive, delicious dishes and the service is like nowhere else. (Also wonderful to introduce the family I love to a place and peeps whom I adore.)

Cooked up the white bean and #chicken stew recipe from @nytcooking and it was so easy, delicious, and comforting. A splash o’ @eaturbanpantry’s Bomba sauce for that #calabrian pop made it even better.

Loved my beet-cured #salmon and soft-scrambled eggs for #brunch at @thebinderydenver. Meticulously assembling each bite was an exercise in pure pleasure. #denverlicious

Bun Bo Hue is the classic dish from #Vietnam’s ancient capital, Hue. It’s rich and delicious and full of surprises. Wish we’d spent long enough there for another bowl of goodness. #Hue #eatwelltraveloften

By accident, had legitimately one of my favorite meals in my life - @josefudes and I don’t generally wait in line for food, but when we happened to walk by Samcheongdong Sujebi and read “hand-cut noodles in anchovy broth since 1982,” we couldn’t pass it by. This stunning, family-packed dining room was warm and jovial, and the food (and Korean rice wine) made our day. Also, best #mungbeancake I’ve ever had. Fuck, I love Korea. #scoffbanter

Our first meal in #Seoul was one of the best so far - #kalguksu - hand-cut noods in molten broth and then cold chlorella noodles in spicy sauce, with super-garlicky kimchi. Unreal way to start the trip. I am SO HAPPY to be here! #scoffbanter
